Music is a universal language.
IMBA’s music program teaches a variety of instruments as well as voice or singing lessons. Instruments include: Piano, Bass, Guitar, Violin, Cello Ukulele, Trumpet, Saxophone, recorder and Drums.
Students are taught music theory, how to read musical notes. They learn how to combine notes to create songs. As we teach these basic concepts of musical notes we at the same time teach participants how these notes are represented in musical scales. This will give them an understanding of what they are experiencing.
Participants will learn musical sound and theory.
Participants will use music as a pathway to connect with music as a form of self-expression.
Participants will learn that they are in control of their instrument and through simple application of the lessons they can combine sound to make music.
Note: These classes are one on one instruction
